Our Assist 2 Build packages allow homeowners to save on planning and construction costs.   We offer guidance and assistance through each step of the home building process beginning with land acquisition, through construction.

Build-1™ offers three consulting packaging platforms. While our home building consultants guide you through every step of the home building process including the lending process, as an owner-builder, you are responsible for all project financing.

Level I – Our expert team handles your project completely at standard builder rates while helping you save money and secure your investment.

Level II – Our home building consultants equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to help you take control of your DIY project as an owner-builder. Our team offers expert guidance, site visits (at least two visits per month), and consultation until the successful completion of your project, at discounted builder rates.

Level III – We serve as a project consultant and work along with you while providing you with the necessary tools so that you can actively participate as an owner-builder. Monthly visits and limited assistance are provided at heavily discounted prices.
